Blackwater Distillery is Ireland's most innovative distillery, we make Blackwater No5 Gin™ and more besides in beautiful West Waterford.

The distillery is one of the few whiskey distilleries in the world to have blockchain technology, meaning customers will be able to find out every piece of production information associated with the specific bottle of whiskey that they buy, by simply scanning the unique symbol on every bottle.

This is the 21st operational Irish Whiskey Distillery in Ireland and the company plan to produce Single Malt and Pot Still whiskey as well as their already popular range of Blackwater Gin.
