Ballyhass Lakes is a 36 acre site, which has two spring water lakes with 14 acres of crystal clear waters to a depth of 30ft. There are natural limestone rock faces perfect for rock climbing and abseiling. There are landscaped open spaces for team challenges, archery, ropes courses and a whole range of team building activities. It is located in Mallow, County Cork.

The activity centre provides a range of activities tailored to suit the needs of any group. Instructors are fully qualified, and operate a ratio to participants in accordance with industry standards. Groups can be a collection of friends, a work social group, a sports club, a school group or transition year programme.

Ballyhass Lakes have also developed a five acre sports field to provide team building modules, especially geared for sporting adult and underage squads. Each module is designed to reflect the age, ability and development stage of each squad. The field session will combine with activities such as kayaking, high ropes, low ropes, archery, rock climbing and aero ball to holistically develop the squad as a whole as well as achieving a high level of team bonding.
