Run by the local community, the show brings together some of the finest traditional musicians, singers, dancers, and storytellers from the region in a warm and intimate setting that reflects the true essence of rural Ireland.

A Show Rooted in Tradition

Named after the age-old practice of booleying — the seasonal migration of livestock and people to upland summer pastures — The Booley House draws inspiration from this deep connection to land, lore, and way of life.

Audiences are treated to a two-hour spectacle of:

Lively traditional Irish music performed by award-winning musicians

Sean-nós and Irish step dancing, full of rhythm, precision, and flair

Hauntingly beautiful Irish songs, both in English and Irish

Stories and folklore passed down through generations

The show is refreshingly uncommercial, with a genuine community feel that has earned it praise from international visitors and locals alike.
