Ballinacourty House Caravan and Camping Park is located in the heart of the Glen of Aherlow, in the grounds of an 18th century country estate. It is a family run park with fabulous views of the Galtee mountains.

Our on-site facilities include  a shop, playground, tennis court, mini-golf, and a Victorian walled garden.

The local village is only a 15-minute walk away. There are several looped forest walks in the area, some passing by our gate. We strive to be one of the best camp sites in Ireland and the Irish Independent has rated us in the top 10.

You can explore the surrounding forest with looped walks starting outside our entrance. These walks range from beginner walks to something a little more challenging. If you are feeling more energetic, you can even climb nearby Galteemore. You will experience the beauty of the wildlife and nature in this peaceful hidden gem.

If you don’t want to walk (or climb) you can try horse riding in the local equestrian center (Hillcrest), or swim and use the leisure centre in nearby Tipperary Town. Other local activities include mountain biking in Ballyhoura, golfing in Tipperary Town, or sightseeing at The Vee, Rock of Cashel, and Mitchelstown Caves.
