Our river activities are open from April to October and we are tidal.

Guided River Boat Tour-

These are the perfect activity for all as we will take you on a 90 minutes long tour up the majestic Blackwater River at a comfortable and relaxing pace where you will see stunning panoramic views, the historic Dromana House as well as other beautiful areas along the way. These tours are guided and our friendly tour guides will keep you entertained from start to finish giving you all the fascinating facts about the local heritage, wildlife in the area and culture. Adults €17.50 and kids €12.50.

Self Drive Boats-

Hiring one of our self-drive boats isn’t just a fantastic way to experience the river, it’s also a great way of learning how to drive a powerboat by yourself. Before your departure you will receive an induction and a full safety briefing. After this you will set out on the river accompanied with one of our experienced skippers following behind you. You will then spend the next 90 minutes exploring the river the way that you want to. Prices start from €65.

Kayak, Canoe and Stand Up Paddles Boards (SUP’s)-

Indulge your adventurous side with something more physical. Single and double sit-on-top kayaks available, SUPS and canoes. We provide the life-jacket, kayak and paddle as well as details about where to go, what to see and expected weather conditions on the day and then the rest is over to you. You have use of the kayaks for 2 hours and prices start at €15 per session.
